Study Guide CD - Introduction
A 20-minute long Hansel and Gretel listening introduction to the opera for children as a narrator introduces each of the beautiful selections. The CD is great for schools to have, as an arts activity in it's own right, to experience the arts and this opera, It can be circulated to all classes during the weeks prior to the opera assembly coming to your school. Very effective when used along with the activities suggested in the GGO Teachers' Study Guide pamphlet, to Hansel and Gretel.

Study Guide DVD - School Assembly Sampler
GGO's DVD 8-minute sampler of GGO's In-School Opera Assembly of Hansel and Gretel, filmed live at San Pedro Elementary School in San Rafael, in October 2009.  Teachers or Educators will  experience what the assembly is like, children arriving into the auditorium, the performance, laughter and enjoyment by 400 K-5 children in the audience, and children joining GGO on stage for Q&A.

If you wish to a Hansel and Gretel assembly to be scheduled at your school, this DVD will give you a brief idea of what takes place. The full In-School Opera Assembly is 45-minutes including Q&A. If you plan to bring classes to a full performance of Hansel and Gretel, this CD is also a brief introduction, via the school assembly selections.
